Evaluation of the economic crises impact on the quality of public health in Jewish Autonomous Region

Abstract:
The article shows the analysis of the subjective opinion of the population of the Jewish Autonomous region regarding the impact of economic crises, as well as territorial and socio-demographic features on their health. It was determined that more than half of the respondents (57%) are satisfi ed with their health (61% in urban and 53% in rural areas), one in fi ve respondents rated their health as "good and very good". It is shown that regardless of age and type of terrain, about 50% of the population in the JAR believes that socio-economic changes in Russia have had a negative impact on their health. It is established that the main factor of the indirect impact of crises is the decline in real incomes and living standards.
